Bad service!!!

I bought a Minx watch at American Swiss on the 26 March 2015 four days later on the 30 March 2015 the straps fell off i went to the store to find out why a watch i bough four days earlier would be such bad quality. So i went in and a lady named Fiona didn't even greet me looked at me and finally asked what i wanted i responded by saying i brought back the watch as the quality was bad she took the watch walked away leaving me standing at the counter didn't say a word. I then walked over to her she then gave me a receipt to sign as my money was being refunded she never asked me if I wanted a new watch she never apologized for the ****ty one they sold me she just gave me a receipt to sign not even bothering to explain what am signing for. When i questioned her behavior she started screaming at me at that point i asked for the manager who is Duduzile she stood by and watched as Fiona screamed at me and did nothing about. i will never ever buy from the Forshini group I've never had good experiences in their stores!!!1
