Bad service

I brought a phone for my dad and two days down the line the phone went blank. The phone was taken in for repairs, came back with the same problem and it was taken in again. To cut the story short; the phone has been in repairs for more then 3 months now and there has been no update. All I want is a refund and I was told the phone has to go to repairs three times for me to get a refund. I feel like that is a stupid procedure as it not my fault that the phone does not work. I would never buy anything again at American Swiss; your policy is ****
