Bad service

I was at American Swiss Northgate on the 10.07.2019 between 17:15 and 17:45. I found two ladies that work there, one was mopping the floor and the other one was by the POS. the service there was so bad. they made me feel like an annoying little brat. After I greeted the one that was mopping three time, she still did not greet back. I then thought that's the way they treat every customer. I needed my watch to be adjusted and they told me that it will probably take them long and it might have to stay at the shop overnight since its their knock off time and they want to close. they were talking to each other about me as if I could not hear them and as if I'm not there, eventually I got the watch adjusted but that's not the point now. I felt like they were judging me by my presence. It is so unprofessional to not greet customers, judge them and give them bad service. I bought a watch at Maponya mall, I spent my money there and for Northgate staff to give me such bad service, I find it very rude and unprofessional. People pay for service and not for the value. I will never ever go to American Swiss at Northgate and will never advice anyone to go there because the staff does not have hospitality / customer s****s.
