Bad Service
As I bought a ring at American Swiss in Welkom at the Goldfields Mall, they did not have a box to put my ring in. They gave me an white envelope or i could take it just like that. After i asked why they don't have a box, the reply was, that they are struggling to get the boxes from head office to pack the goods. It is TERRIBLE. A ring is a gift. How am I supposed to give a ring to someone without a box?
