Bad Service

Went into American Swiss in Menlyn and every time I go into the store there is never anyone to help you you have to walk around asking for help and sometimes ignored. Today I went to buy my sister a gift and we waited for 20 min for service. Went to 2 different ladies to help and both ignored us. Eventually when a lady who works there, Victoria, was finished servicing someone we asked her if we could get helped and she screamed \you will get help". After waiting for so long I refuse for anyone to be rude to me especially if I am planning to pay for a product in a store where there is such rude and disgusting service. They speak loudly to each other and swear back and forth. Yes it is under staffed but disgusting service is no excuse. The Foschini Group needs to talk to their staff about good service.
