Bad service

I was there today after I made an appointment yesterday to have my twin daughters ears pierced (which they agreed on over the phone) and after I arrived ( with my children waiting my time and petrol money) they told me they thought it was one child and she won’t be able to do two children ( I mean what I do then because I made an appointment) and then told me with an attitude to go next door ( referring to sterns) maybe they will assist . I want an apology from the person who agreed to accepting my appointment to the other lady who was saying she won’t do it. Why do you employ people who don’t want to work? Is it because I’m African? They should call and apology for the bad customer behaviour and attitude towards me , and my children
