bad service

I bought earings at the store on the 27th of November and only had it on twice and the stone fell out , after going to the shop asking lynette to have it repair she told me that I'm going to pay I refused as there is a 6 months repair policy on the slip , she told my dad that she will send it in for repair without paying , after a week a got a call from one of the consultants at the shop and she told me that I must pay R2000. 00 for one stone that fell out even though the earings are worth R659. 00. This is absolutely pathetic and I refuse to pay double . I could've bought me new earings. Really disappointed
