Bad Service

I bought a Watch at American Swiss, and with it came a 2nd watch free. American Swiss in Canal Walk did not have stock of the free watch, but they left the sign in the cabinet. Bradley promised to source the watch for me, and will phone me on the 17 December 2019. To date, he has not contacted me, he also do not return my phone calls, also he is so unprofessional, when I phone, he refuses to come to the phone, but speak via the staff in the shop, I can clearly hear him. How unprofessional, and disrespectful is this? What happened to TCF?
