Bad sales consultant

American Swiss Mall of Africa, the service at the shop was full of disrespectful attitude. I went in with my wife only for the consultant to get to conclusion about our finances state. She gave no attention to us and even left us to go focus on a white lady who came in to the store.

She showed no interest in helping us, she would leave us and go stand on the counter with her ***orkers while she's not done assisting us. we had to keep on calling her to assist us.

We Left the store disappointed and regretted even going there at the first place. After leaving the store we got a welcoming service at Browns and ended up buying our wedding rings there.
