BAD REDICULOUS SERVICE

I have app**** for an account at American swiss online and I received a call form another lad and we completed the application, I was asked to send my documents via WhatsApp, I did that exactly, in July I kept on receiving messages that stated that I need to send them documents as they haven't received my documents and I called their TFG department on ***and they told me that they cannot see my pay slip and I sent them in PDF ten I sent a picture and the lady called me back after about 20 minutes stating that she has received the pay slip and sent it to approvals on the 9th of august I receive a messages that states the account is provincially approved and they will contact me to let me know which store I can go pick up the card and on Saturday the 17th they send another message stating that this is the final extension for them to receive documents and when I called again today they telling me the same story that the pay slip information doesn't show clearly, I wanted the account but because of bad service I told them to stop the process.
