Bad Quality Rings

Hello <br> <br> I purchased a white gold wedding ring from American Swiss just over a year ago, within the first year the ring snapped right in the middle and took it back to the store. I was told I need to pay to fix the ring and after a long fight they agreed to fix the ring for free. <br> <br> She got the ring back and kept complaining that the ring isn't right and that the thickness of the ring isn't the same on both the side anymore and that you can see where they fixed the ring. I had a look at the ring last night and could see that its not the same thickness on each side and the ring is very weak.<br> <br> Now my problem is that I paid so much money for a good quality ring and this looks like I got it out of a lucky packet now. <br>
