Bad Quality Product

<p>We bought rings from American Swiss Southgate on the 26 November. They where taken to be resized and we only got them back on the 03 December. We only had the rings for a week and already they look like we had them for a year. My ring came back with scatches on the one side from being resized and the colour of the ring has also changed from being silver to looking like it has traces of bronce. My husbands ring looks like he had it for over two years. I am not happy with the quiality. We would like a full refund or an exchange for another item. </p>
