Bad quality of items

I have bought items as well as received items as gifts, from American Swiss. One being a ring which diamonds have fallen out on 3 occasions and I have had to take it in to be fixed. The next being a gold necklace which yesterday just fell off my neck because the clasp just snapped. Lastly, is gold earrings, the diamond fell out of one, when I took it back to be repaired they told me that it was going to cost R480 to fix the one earring, where I could just buy another set for R500 brand new. <br> <br> When I buy items from American Swiss I am expecting quality, this is not what I have received. All these items have broken in under a year of having them. <br> <br> I expect this kind of quality from a market, not American Swiss.
