bad quality jewellry

I baught a ring from American Swiss in April 2014. In December the rings band snapped in the middle and when I took it back they tried to make me pay for it. I'm sorry but what type of QUALITY jewellry does American Swiss sell. I paid insurance on the ring.but apparently that's of no use to fix the ring. After an argument they agreed to fix it for free. Then I get the ring back it is damaged and the diamonds are pressed into the silver and the ring is disfigured and bent. I then said I would not accept it.i don't know how it works but they sent my ring to a local Jeweller who is not a good jewellry maker. He has damaged he ring to the point where it will need to be reset.i then said that I wanted the ring to be sent to an American Swiss head office to get fixed.and I clearly stated that.then when I got my ring back they told me that they had sent it back to the same man. I have emailed American Swiss and no reply. I have tried calling and no answer. I'm now walking around with a damaged ring and not happy at all. Where is he customer service?
