Bad Quality from American Swiss !!!

Really upset at the quality of my Purchase. I purchased a Promise ring for my girlfriend from American Swiss. This is a big deal and it symbolizes and eternal promise. I shopped on the TFG website and had ordered the ring. After exactly 6 months one of the Cubic Zirconia had fallen off( My girlfriend only wears this one or twice a week and never has it on for longer than a day!) This had happened as soon as the warrantee had expired, I proceeded to go to American Swiss in Fourways Mall to query the issue. They advised they will have to book it in for repair and i will be quoted before they proceed with the repair. A few days later i received a call from American Swiss, They had given me the repair quote which costs MORE than the purchase price of the ring! I told them that its crazy and not worthwhile when i can purchase a new ring with that price. This ring has obvious sentimental Value and just buying a new ring will not be of any value. I rejected the quote and went back a week later to pick up the ring where i was advised that nothing can be done! Since then another one of the cubic Zirconia has fallen off. I will NOT be supporting this establishment again as their Quality is NOT Quality!!!
