Bad Quality - diamonds falling out
<p>My wedding ring was bought at American Swiss. This is the 3rd a diamond falls out of my ring in the space of 2 years. After losing the 1st diamond I repaired at my cost (costing over a thousand rand). Then after a month a second diamond fell out. The supervisor, Anthea Dennis was very helpful, she went the extra mile to repair the ring at company cost. Now just over a year later I have lost a dimond AGAIN. American Swiss!! This is unacceptable.</p>
