Bad Quality

I bought my mother a silver diamond ring from you guys a while back. This was a gift. She wore the ring about three or four times. This was only when she went to functions like a wedding. The ring has now gone pitch black and looks so cheap and ugly. The ring actually looks \****\", like it came out of a lucky packet. I bought so many silver jewellery from you guys and it does not look like that. I don't understand how the ring got like that. It was stored correctly, it was not taken near water. I am really disappointed and this is putting me off buying jewellery from you guys again.<br> <br> i would like something to be done about this ring because i did not pay so much for a ring to end up looking like that."
