Bad Quality

So I bought 9ct gold earrings for my wife on the 12/01/24 on my TFG account. It started to irritate her ears after the second day. She took it out for a few day put it back in something. So she left in for a week or so that it started to turn black the earrings. Today I took it back to American Swiss. Lady said no prob I just need the slip I said I will look for it because the day I bought it she said I can't exchange them. So I don't no what I did with it but the purchase is showing on my app.

American Swiss I really don't want to make a big fuzz over this but it's pathetic Quality
