Bad People S****s due to bad Quality

Good Day I am not happy with the way they treat me today at American Swiss Vredenburg due to the fact of they bad quality of a fossil watch that was send away for repair and come back and was stil faulty and they treat me like it's my prop so the manager was very sarcastic with me and I feel it was my rite while I was asking them that we can sort this issue out in a proper way without fight.
