Bad experience after buying a ring from American Swiss and sent it for resizing.

We bought two rings at American Swiss in Hemingways Mall, East London a while back. One of the rings had to be resized so they sent it for resizing after a while received the notification to go pick it up but I was not around E.L and they said I couldn’t send someone else, recently I now want to use the ring I paid for fully then we found out it was sold to recover the resizing fee.. Okay we have made peace with that they sold it to recover resizing fees now we want the difference or pick another ring as we need to us the ring we are told we won’t get the ring or our money back. No communication before the sale of the ring was made to us so whatever.
