Bad cutomer service

I took my watch fo a battery change at american swiz by west mall port elizabeth, the battery as fitted and the watch worked but the guy couldnt fit the back cover and therefore they had to send to their local jewellers to fit the back cover whem it cameback they said the machamism was faulty the watch worked fine when it went to fit back cover so they sent it to tempo for repairs on their cost and they going to pay as the watch broke in their care between them and the jeweller they phoned me tell me i have to pay for the repairs they watch wa working i just went for a battery change thats it i wont pay for aomething that was working fine either replace the watch or repair it simple as that .
