Bad customer servive
American swiss needs to focus more on training their staff and on their customer service.
I went to 3 diffrent locations (Clearwater mall,Mall of Africa and Gate way Mall), I had my heart set on a spesific ring which needed to be resized but all the stores just told me that it would be too expensive but couldn'teven provide me with a qoute i also email the customer service main email which i still till today have not gotten an awnser, i am really disappointed with the service that i have received from american swiss.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!
WILL NOT RECCOMEND AMERICAN SWISS TO ANYBODY!!!
