bad customer service waste of time
Made a payment for my account on the 2nd of November 2018 but this morning I got a sms "FINAL REMINDER:You have not paid your AMERICAN SWISS acc ********** ********** 46062.Pay R275 to avoid pre-legal hand over. Call ********** 871 NCRCP36" I then called them on the number above for clarity they asked me to go back to the store where I payed to query my concern, that is a waste of my time and petrol and I know I won't be compensated for there mistake.
