Bad customer service from American Swiss and tempo technician s

The worst mistake I ever made was to make a purchase at American Swiss, I bought a Tempo watch on the 25 of April 2019 then on the 26th of April 2019 the wristband of the watch fell off, I mean I worn the watch once, it's brand new, so on the 29th I took the watch back to the store(American Swiss greenstone mall) since I bought it there, a month went by without any feedback about the watch, I mean it's brand new, I wouldn't have any issues if it was old, but it's new!!, So I just gave up on it because there are no refunds at American Swiss, no more shall I waste my money in such a messed up brand. I even have given up on the watch I only worn once. ????????
