Bad customer service

Bad customer service in American swiss Centurion branch even their customer service they have poor customer service , I went to American swiss to pay my Fabian account since I paid it in 29 September 2025 and I received a call from the tfg group saying I have not paid my account yet and I told them that I paid on the 29 of September 2025 and and they said I must go to the shop to found out what happened and when I get to the shop I found out that they've made payment on wrong account since then I've been going to shop till now and nothing is happening with refund that they promised to give and pay the wrong account
