Bad Customer Service

American Swiss Springs Mall. Their customer service is very bad. There was a specific ring I wanted but they had to order the ring from their Menlyn branch because they did not have the ring in stock in their store. So my husband went there on Saturday morning 23/11/2019 and placed the order for the ring and they said no problem Sir the ring will be here on Tuesday morning 26/11/2019. So on Wednesday morning my husband went to American Swiss because he has not heard from them regarding the ring, only to be told they never ordered the ring and that their branch Manager will maybe be going to Pretoria next week and will only collect the ring when she goes there. No alternative of apology offered.
