Bad customer service

Pathetic service from store and customer services. So I bought earrings for my wife. She had it I'm for 2 days then her ears were swollen. She took it out for a day and put it back in few days later it started turning brown. We took it to the store they booked it in 3weeks later I receive a email query resolved. Went back to store the lady just said to me she can do nothing we phoned customer care they can't what was the outcome. Case number CS-***
