Bad customer service and attitude

Never have expected so bad service and bad attitude at American Swiss mams mall. Went there to inquire about the layby that was made and by someone and the response I received was as if I went there to borrow these products. I mean I should be treated like a customer who is taken into consideration. Instead this lady named Mellisa Khumalo took me like I'm bothering her with whatever she was busy with. This girl needs customer service training. Nothing goes as far as treating a customers with respect no matter what small profit they bring into the business
