Bad customer service
I am so upset with the service we got at American Swiss. I got a watch as a gift from my bf and when went back to have some of the links removed the lady said in all the years she never struggled so much to removed the links. I did not notice immediately that due banging to removed the links the glass came loose. She still asked if they can give us a new watch cause she couldn't removed more links and I said no...not knowing the glass was loose now we must pay to have it replaced and wait wait 8 weeks.
