Bad customer service

I went to American Swiss today at middelburg mall... When I got there I found this other rude guy I think his name was Sphiwe beca that's what was written on my slip... He was first rude to me when I went looking for a watch and as I was about to pay he said the guy who was buying a more expensive watch must pay first.. And he was done with the guy he shouted and said "lethani le watch Eli purple" meaning bring that purple watch because the watch I was buying was cheap.... I am so disappointed... The customer service was just horrible
