bad customer service

On Sunday i had the worst experience at American Swiss Somerset mall. I was assisted by two lady. i had a problem with a watch i purchased in December 2019. the one girl with the surname Hendricks was so rude she called me as a customer "JY" this girl had no what so ever customers s****s , she was rude and had lots of attitude i asked to speak to a manger and to my surprise there was no manager on duty what a shock. she then said she will call her manager but told me i can not speak to him as he is of duty .she then told the other girl on duty just book this thing to be repaired worst experience ever.
