BAD CUSTOMER CARE - Do not pierce your ears at American Swiss

I took my baby to have her ears pierced on Sunday 03 Nov 2019 at your American Swiss in Maponya. After the initial swelling had gone down I noticed that the right ear piercing was SEVERELY skew. I returned to the store to let the lady (her name is Angel) know and she was rude, unapologetic and no helpful at all. She claims that the parent (me) dis not hold the child's head properly and is thus my fault. I have video footage of the child's head being held and the fault is on her part. Now, I am being told that we need to pay full price again (which is the purchase of earrings) for the re-piercing of ONE ear. Your telephone lines (all 5 of them according to the website) go unanswered and there is nobody to report my dissatisfaction to.

This is incredibly disappointing for such a highly reputed company and brand and I expected much, much better from American Swiss.
