BAD, BAD SERVICE. iNCOMPETANCE,THEFT

Good day. I bought a engagement ring for my fiancé at Sterns in Johannesburg. Unfortunatly it was a bit to big so we had to take in in so it can be made smaller. We took it to AMERICAN SWISS in PARYS two weeks ago. They measured her finger and wrote everything down and told us that it will be ready the next Friday, of which was last week Friday.My fiancé collected it the past saterday, she did not fit it in the store saying that I will put it on her finger again. Surpriceingly the ring was the same size, it wasn't made smaller. So she took it back again today. They (sharom) said that it is not possible, there is no way that they made a mistake. She said that we will have to pay again then they will send it away again. My fiancé told her but how can we pay again if they didn't do their jobs right in the first place? She again said they do not make mistakes, it is one of those things and if she don't want to pay again that they will not send the ring away, this while the store was full of custemors.
