Bad bad bad

American Swiss Carnival Mall Brakpan....don't ever buy a phone from them. I bought a Samsung A3 core from them Saturday 26/09/2020 after being ****** Thurdsday evening. I was told by the sales man that I have 7 days to return it and exchange if its faulty. The phone was not tested in the shop as I did not want their sim card. Today Monday 28/09/2020 after using the phone for a day I went back with the phone in perfect condition to exchange it because it keeps freezing. They refuse, because maybe I dropped it. So it must be send away, no refund, faulty phone minus my money. So this will also be put on name and shame, hello peter and head office will know about this. What poor service.
