bad attitude and poor service

I went to American Swiss in Rustenburg north west, there is a ring that I saw on their broucher and wanted to buy. there is no service there. walking in the store is like working in a mortuary . what annoyed me is that, when my friend and I tried to leave, we couldn't exit , the just looked at us struggling at the door. we moved in and out trying to get the other door to open, and sad part is that 2 workers was standing at the door waiting for us to leave. there other one was with his boyfriend/husband and the other one asked us to comeback. we moved back in and she asked us to shift for her, thinking that she is helping us. only to find out that she was going out and left us there. we then tried again me and my friend while the other employee was waiting there at the door with her male partner. after struggling for long time she then called us back in with annoyed face and then, only then told us only one person can exit at once. I was so annoyed and did not understand what kind of people are working at this store. no humanity, poor service and don't know sense on urgency. how do you buy at a store with people of that attitude. people who doesn't care about their clients. no maan . this ladies must get their act together.
