Bad attitude and bad service
I went to American swiss maponya mall branch. The ladies there showed me and wife bad attitude when we asked about the wedding rings. We asked for a catalogue they said they dont have and they showed no interest when we asked them to advice us about rings to choose from. Im very angry about their service and attitude. I would rather go to Sterns or some jewellery stores out of soweto if customers are going to be treated like this.
