Awful customer service and no ring!!!!
The level of customer service I've received from American Swiss Cavendish is utterly appalling.
I visited the Cavendish branch on 3 occasions and submitted 2 online requests. Callan of Cavendish branch "assisted" me but never returned my calls or gave adequate feedback. After finally getting hold of Callan today, she's informed me American Swiss can't make the ring I want. It took more than a month to not get the ring I wanted. Had I been informed timeously, I could have purchased another ring during their August special.
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with American Swiss and will tell all family, friends and social media to avoid the poor service.
