Awful customer service

I purchased a watch on TFG online and the watch is not working anymore, the warranty is only valid till 15 February 2025. I emailed bash and they told me I must take the watch to a american swiss store, I went all the way to american swiss at Cape Gate shopping centre, the manager refused to help me because they dont sell the brand of the watch, I asked her to phone bash/tfg but she refused. I contacted Bash line and they told me it is not their problem I must speak to customer service, I phoned customer service and spoke to Thembi that told me it is not their problem it is american swiss's problem I must handle it with them! This is really an awful experience and I dont know what to do because everyone is refusing to help me with this situation. I still have not been asist after multiple calls.
