Avoid American Swiss

After we purchased a wedding ring with them and left it there to be resized, getting the ring back has been such a difficult thing. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my wedding ring. The ring was purchased at diamond pavilion mall in kimberley northern cape. I was assisted by Esme. Upon purchasing the ring, she didn't not tell me to keep the paper as it would be needed to get my ring back. After several visits to the store, the shop assistant (Esme) refuses to help me. And says that without that Paper there is nothing I can do to retrieve my ring. No one in the shop can assist me or tell me what the next step is in retrieving my ring. The manager is never available. And the attitude with which Esme speaks to me is really a bad representation on American Swiss' reputation. I would not advise anyone to purchase from them. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a jeweler.
