ATT Gail Raubenheimer - Fantastic Customer Service

We bought a watch from this store December 2013. 6 Months later, a cubic inside the watch came loose, Loreal provided me with excellent customer service and went the extra mile to keep me posted regarding the progress of the fixtures.. 2 months later another cubic inside the watch came loose... Once again I got unbelievable good service from her and she made sure my watch was fixed well within the time frame the manufacturer gave us.<br> Then last week, another cubic inside came loose.. Even though the manufacturer did not allow for them to approve a new watch, she arranged with her area manager that I can choose a watch of my choice to the same value.. This is the type of service which makes ones jaw drop in this country.. Together with her colleague, Bernice, I got a brand new watch, which in my eyes I deserved as I my new watch was with the repair centre more often than on my arm.. <br> Service like these ladies provided is much needed in this country.. They treated me like a true customer, and not just on the day we paid and bought the watch (like alot of people do), still 1 and a half years later..<br> <br> Thank you ladies!!! With employees like yourselves, your branch will outshine others!
