ASJ Wellington has the worst customer service EVER

Wellington American Swiss The "Manager" doesn't deserve the title!!! We bought a watch on our TFG account but it wasn't working the way it should. December we took the warch to the store they only booked in in January, the lady NEVER contacted us regarding the item and we had to go instore the whole time to get feedback. I spoke to tfg head office and they said to me because our account doesn't exist anymore the must give us a gift card of R1399.00.

When we went instore again today the lady told American swiss customer care that the account is in arrears. WHICH IT IS NOT!!! She told my husband then that i said she must credit it back on the card but i did not because i KNOW we cannot use the card. We said then she must give the watch back and she said she cant because she already did a credit. So now we are paying a monthly fee for something we do not have! This store is USELESS and we will most certainly not leave it like this. The "Manager" of American Swiss is giving 2 companies (ASJ and TFG) a ****ty name! I do apologize for my french. But NEVER in my life will i ever support ASJ again!!!!
