Before buying a ring, I was told that I could adjust the ring size. However, when I came back for resizing, they offered me a different ring that could be adjusted to my preference. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I would receive cash. But when I arrived at the shop, they said they didn’t have cash and could only process the refund via credit card. I asked if it would reflect instantly, and the staff member assured me it would. However, after a few minutes, it was still not reflecting. When I asked again, she then said it would take 24 hours. Absolutely no customer service!
