AS Zevenwacht

Pathetic client service received at AS Zevenwacht two days in a row!! Yesterday I stopped by to get gift for my husband. I needed some assistance. I stood in the store for almost 15min with no one even attempting to ask me if they could assist. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned today. Four staff members were huddled around a cellphone. One staff member was assisting a customer with a payment. The staff member that was busy called out that there is a customer, referring to me. The huddled group went on to massage each other's shoulders amongst other things. Really pathetic customer service!!
