Application is still not processed

I have app**** to take an engagement ring on credit from American Swiss at the branch in Sandton. I did the application on Monday the 17th of August 2015 and I still have not had a response to say whether my application is approved or not. In the store I was told that my application would take 48 hours to process but the 25th of August now marks 8 days. I don't know what the delay is. Their service is quite sloppy and slow. My plans are now delayed because of this. This is the reason i had closed my TFG account , customer service is just too bad. now i am going to miss the engagement that i had planned for Friday
