Appalling service from American Swiss

I ordered and made the payment for an item on the American Swiss website on the 6th of December that was supposed to be a gift for my wife for Christmas. The website clearly stated that orders placed before the 10th will still be delivered before Christmas. After NOT receiving any payment confirmation from the American Swiss (as per normal online shopping) I followed up and was told that payment was received on the 9th and that my order is being processed. A week later I followed up again and was told that my order will be ready for collection the 24th. And surprise!! Nothing on the 24th! Today on the 31st I still have not received my order! After numerous attempts to phone the store, I phoned the call centre, and no one could tell me what happened and keeps on referring me to different departments with no success. Service is non-existent at American Swiss. This was my first and VERY LAST purchase at American Swiss and I WILL NOT recommend anyone to buy from them online.
