APPALLING REPAIR JOB

On the 27th November 2022 i took 2 rings to American Swiss Ladysmith 1 for re-sizing - Kya design ring and the other for repair and re-sizing - Love Diamond Collection. The ring for re-sizing (Kya Design) came back and I went to fetch it today 11 December 2022 only to find that the ring is totally mis-shaped. The one side is thinner than the other. The thinner side of the ring is curving in. Totally disgusted with American Swiss. If they could not re-size my ring they should have told me. I am extremely disappointed as this ring is now spoilt. How can American Swiss give work to such unprofessional people? I shudder to think how my Love Diamond ring will be repaired considering how irresponsible American Swiss is.
