Appalling Customer Service

<p>Took my white gold wedding ring and engagement rings into the store for rhodium plating. I was told I would be phoned within 3 working days with the quote. Almost 2 weeks passed and still no call from the store with the quote. I then personally went into the store and I was then told yes they were going to apparently phone me tomorrow (what a joke) that was a Thursday. I was advised my rings would be at the store the following Wednesday. Again no call from the store. Almost 3 weeks and still no rings!! Today I went to the store again to enquire the status of my rings, and to my surprise my rings were not there and the sales lady advised me that my rings have not been plated yet and are still at the workshop!!! And they would only have them by Friday!!! 4 weeks to plate 2 rings!!!!! When I asked to see the manager I was told she was out! Appalling service!!! I spend a lot of money with ASJ and if this is how u trat customers I will never support the centurion mall store ever again!!! Pathetic </p>
