Angry customer

I have had a terrible experience at American Swiss . So my boyfriend bought me a watch in October 7th at American Swiss , just recently we noticed that it's loosing colour from silver to bronze. I mean it's too soon ! We went to Fourways mall branch and to ask how long does the colour has to last since it's only 3 months . Their reply was " it depends on a person wearing it" Like seriously , are they trying to say it's my fault now !? The watch was R549.90 which I think it's a ******* if it looks like this now. It looks like I bought it in some corner shop in Joburg . Sad part is that they said there is nothing they can do about it. Wow !! R550 might seem small to them , but to some of us it's not. We go to shops like theirs because we expect quality but unfortunately ... I will never ever buy any jewellery from this store ever ever again
