Angry client

Good day I had a really bad experience with American swiss. I bought a ring for R500. It had to be resized and I was contacted to say it would cost an extra R1100. I asked if I could go to the branch to talk and get a refund as it was to much. They said it is fine to go in. It cost me to drive 80km to the nearest store only for them to say that I do not have a choice but to pay the resizing fee or else I would lose the R500. I can not afford that because if I could I would have purchased a nicer ring in the first place.
