Angry!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I got married in March and purchased a ring from American Swiss. Thinking that i might not have to return the ring since this is a reputable jeweler, I throw away the proof of purchase. Three months later I lose two stones. I chat to an agent online since I wasnt able to go to the store and the agent says to go to the store even without the P.O.P. On going to the store I am told that I need to have the P.O.P as the ring has a 6 month warranty and without the P.O.P, nothing can be done. Why was incorrect information given? I hate that my wedding ring that I have for only four months now has stones missing and I look at it with disgust every time. So upsetting!
